I’m seriously looking to buy a GT500. I’m aware that I can modify and bring the 5.4 to same power levels as the 2013 5.8, the biggest difference other than the engine is the gearing and the limiting factor for both is the aluminum block.

Are the tweaks around the edges in brakes and suspension worth the difference in price or am I not missing much when if just add a smaller pulley and tune?

For context: I have a 2007 Z4M Roadster and a 2011 997.2 Carrera. And the Porsche is kinda bland and I already have a German car with a refined chassis, I’m going to sell it for something with a lot more drama and want a supercharged American V8 that prioritizes “bang for the buck.”
