After playing the game (story mode) for years with no mods, I decided to mix things up a bit. Is there an invincibility mod that makes you immune to everything, so that not even bullets make blood stains on your clothes, etc? Ideally, I want to have the option to just stand in the middle of a NOOSE commando shooting at me without seeing any scratch on my character at all.

yesterday I installed GTA V Family Friendly Free Roaming mod because my son wanted a game where he can drive around in a car, but he's too young for any violence or even injuries and crashes. The mod works great. But when we loaded the game there were still those guys with weapons. I'd like to change that, too and I think that should even be part of the default config of the mod.
Do you have any recommendations for a loading screen mod that suits my need? Ideally it would just show landscape views of the game or even just unicolor screens.
Any help will be highly appreciated.
As a sidenote: I'm playing on Linux. But the FFFR-mod works without any issues in the single player. Just in case this information is relevant for the loading screen mod.
DISCLAIMER: I’m fully aware that the rear wheel/wheelbase positioning on this model isn’t 100% accurate. I did not create this vehicle model—I’m simply using what’s currently available. Accurate models of this particular truck are extremely scarce. If the wheel positioning bothers you that much, I encourage you to find a better model and share it with the community, or download this one and go through the tedious process of correcting the model yourself. Comments that complain about the wheelbase or model inaccuracies will simply be removed, and you will be blocked.
I want to play through the story mode with Trevor's model permanently switched to Kratos's model, but I'm fairly sure model-switching is something you have to manually activate whenever you start playing as that character
Is there a precedent for having one of the three protagonists permanently swapped to another character model such that you don't have to repeatedly activate it yourself while playing? Thank you :)
Hello everyone! I am experiencing some very strange graphical artifacts, almost as if my GPU was failling with NVE Enchanced.
As a recap, I tried to fiddle with the in game settings to find a good balance between visuals and fps so I lowered all of the non rt options all the way down or turned them off. The game then crashed for some odd reason and when I opened it back up it ran surprisingly well with all rt settings to VH or Ultra and DLSS Performance at 1440p however when moving the camera l noticed some small very tiny artifacts, trying to fix them I started to play around with the DLSS settings and I noticed that Quality DLSS brings even worse artifacting. I then turned off all RT and then the artifacts became unbearable.
The artifacts only show when moving around or moving the mouse around and they do not affect the Ul in any shape or form.
Right now l am a bit lost, I still need to try upping the settings turned off and down back up and restarting the game. Will update shortly, but I made this post to spread awareness and maybe to find a fix as I do not know what to do but fiddle around until someone can point me into the right direction.
For those wondering, my GPU shows no signs in windows of being broken and it works perfectly even with PT in Cyberpunk. I do not think its my GPU and sure hope its not
It can't be that modding Rockstar games is such a horrible experience, I would rather make a list of 500 mods for Skyrim or Fallout 4, and the game will still open, but no, you touch 1 file of the GTA and it DIES. You break a texture, you fix it AND THE GAME STOPS WORKING, AND ON TOP OF THAT THEY DON'T PUT A DAMN UNINSTALLER, IT DOESN'T COST THEM ANYTHING TO PUT AN UNINSTALLER
Hey yall, i’m trying to get into the GTA 5 youtube niche, and create machinima like story videos leaning heavily into mods. for example videos like the $1 vs $100000 spiderman etc or the level up type of videos. i’m quite new to the modding scene so i’ve done my fair research and installed all basic requirements needed for modding.
Scripthook V, ScripthookVdotNet Nightly, OpenIV, LemonUI, Ped Selector, and Menyoo as my trainer, so far so good everything works including Menyoo and a couple Ped addons.
I’d like some recommendations on what mods are a must have for the type of videos i’m making, i see these videos where they’re staging cinematic fight scenes, have cool prop setups/location scenes, are able to have ped’s follow you around, have multiple peds fight you or eachother etc.. and was wondering is this all possible through Menyoo? i know menyoo has a lot of features but i haven’t delved deep enough into it to properly learn it but i was wondering what suggestions or advice you guys have as it’d greatly benefit me! thanks team
Is there any trainer that has controller support? I play on a rog ally and don't have access to a keyboard and having to use the on screen keyboard is super annoying, I'm wanting to have a console like menu experience if possible.
I haven’t downloaded any mods yet but from the gameplay i’ve seen online, these mods that let you play as custom characters like Superman seem to have Euphoria ragdolls disabled for the player. For example, if you get launched by an explosion your character just flops around like a dead fish instead of writhing around in the air like Michael/Trevor/Franklin does.

And also I want best realistic graphics mod.
My PC is Ryzen 7 7800X3D, RTX 5070ti and 32GB DDR5. I think it can handle demanding graphics mod. Which one is best tho?

I’ve been wondering about something for a while: why is the "Enhanced" version of GTA V so poorly supported by modders? I’ve been playing GTA V for years and have tried literally every mod out there for the "Legacy" version, most of the time, they’re a disaster performance drops drastically, the game crashes constantly, and so on, Not to mention that the Legacy version itself is poorly optimized, even the lightest graphics mod causes a heavy FPS drop at night in-game (and I’m using a 5070 Ti), In contrast, I’ve noticed the Enhanced version is incredibly stable even with RTX maxed out, the frame rate barely dips, I managed to test it with the CoreFX mod the only one that doesn't break the game since on the Enhanced version, simply installing an add-on car is enough to cause a crash (even if it’s been converted using CodeWalker’s asset converter).
That brings me to the topic at hand: given that the Enhanced version is much more powerful, why is there so little mod variety? Most of the mods I consider "must haves" don't even have an Enhanced version available, Since I’m not an expert, I wanted to ask you all: is there a genuine practical reason why mod support is so lacking, or is it just laziness?
I have the menyoo mod and I love it but programming the npcs individually is tedious, is there a better mod to have npcs have wars that doesn’t require this?

I'm trying to play LSred and No matter what i do these pop up as soon as the game loads. i have looked up numerous videos to try and fix these issues. i used the latest files script hook and game config files, ran without mods to see if that what was causing it, it was not. I reinstalled GTA5 redid my LSred download using a guide video to the letter i disabled my anti virus and ran the game as administrator, AND verified my game files. NOTHING is working and i am at a loss.
