So, is there a legal way I can get my hands on GWAR's cover of Pink Pony Club? The Pink Seven Incher is sold out (and I have no way to play it, lol)

I’m going to see Gwar in Winston Salem and I’m so excited. It’s my first time getting VIP for a concert and getting to meet the band members! I really would like to get the barricade and be in the front since I’m rlly short, but it says the VIP happens before the band sets. How does VIP work? Will I still be able to get the barricade? Will I be allowed first access into the venue before everyone else is let in?

Something I’ve noticed is whenever I wear my GWAR merch in public, other bohabs who notice it are always really eager to actually talk to me about GWAR on a level beyond “cool shirt.” Like they’ll actually talk to me about what album is their favorite, the artistic intent of the band, and (if they have any) their opinions on the newer stuff.

I’m autistic and love talking about my interests, so it’s a very nice change of pace for it to be not just invited, but welcomed by total strangers.

i am going to my first ever gwar show later this year in november. i want to be at the very front at the barricade or as close as possible to the front because i want to get bloody and soaked. how early before the doors open do i need to get there? according to the venue, the doors open at 7:00. thank you! :)

Listening to the Lonely Island and Seth Meyers podcast. Seth narrated an ad for npr and talked about their a lister participants on "wait wait don't tell me" and included Gwar.

That's the whole post- I like when npr and Gwar intersect, and an ad featuring that shout out is neat. Gwar brings credibility to public radio.

Hi all! I’m planning on taking my kid to see GWAR on the upcoming tour and I’d really like to get the meet and beat passes for the both of us. My question is how long before the show does it take place? Would we have enough time after to jockey our way to the front of the stage? I’m worried that we’d do the thing but then end up in the back of the venue. Any input from people that have done the meet and beat would be most appreciated. Thanks!
