How's the 8.5 update so far? Do you recommend to upgrade?

My phone is almost 3 years old and one ui 8.0 is working just fine. i guess i'm afraid of lags and battery consumption issue

Samsung a36 drain after patch update

Today morning I updated with security patch thoughting that it will do something good making

It will solve the drain problem, lag issue , shutter , camera

BUT .......

that security patch update worse than the 8.5 update its taking the battery like supercar i the body of normal car 😭😭

Its barely 12 to 15min its takes 2% already

People who have updated to 8.5, how's your phone running? I know it's WAY too early but apart from the usual slightly elevated battery drain that's there for a few days after updating, are there any other issues? What are you enjoying and hating about this update?
