When will classes start for bca core!!!

My timetable shows nothing till now 😭😭

For CSE students at Galgotias - how much time do you actually spend coding outside classes?
Do you work on personal projects or mostly college assignments?
Would be interesting to know how others are building their skills.

1. Registrar office: room 336, A block

go there for any query related scholarships

go there if you want a bonafide certificate (idk if this is mandatory)

if you did not submit any documents during admission, submit them to the registrar office to change your status of admission from provisional admission to full admission

2. Exam controller office: 3rd floor, A block, 8005

if you have any problem related to exams, you can go to this office

3. GU LMS

here, you will get course material, assignments, quizzes.

you have to log in here to use gu lms: https://gulms.galgotiasuniversity.org/login/index.php

to get your username and password, email here and ask for username and password and provide your admission number and application number: support.lms@galgotiasuniversity.edu.in

or go to the ERP office directly: 328, A block

4. Student mail

no info on student mail was given during my orientation, I asked both the erp office and admission office and they did not help

a student mail is extremely important because if you have one, you can get discounts for apple products, asus, h&m. you can check out unidays india and student beans for a full list of items that have student discounts

5. Galgotias elibrary

this one is very important if you want to do research, you can access all databases that galgotias university has subscribed to in their elibrary, there is a galgotias elibrary app you can install too.

but this requires you to have a galgotias student email, otherwise you cannot register.

6. wifi password

the wifi name is 'galgotias ARUBA'

I am a B.Sc. Computer Science student. I had my orientation today but couldn't attend it. could someone tell me what happened and when classes will start?

Honestly i don't even know what course i really want to do, didn't think much about studies and college during my 12th though passed the exam, gave cuet but had no idea about what subject to choose for which college (and didn't get any) i don't want to sit at home for a whole year so thought of taking a partial drop applied for bsc cognitive computing today, can anyone guide me about the further process for admission and also if anyone has opted for the same course

I'm curious about how other students approach iOS development. Is it better to start with Swift fundamentals first, or jump straight into building a small app and learn along the way? Would love to hear what worked for other beginner developers.

I have deposited 25k today but now I want to change my branch from btech ai ds to btech in cse ai ml . Is it possible?? Will they manage this 25k or else I have pay again like I have to do all the process again??
