Has anyone else experienced this?

Hi everyone,

I’m looking for rituals or practices from GoM books that might help me get invited to social gatherings and break out of loneliness.

I feel like I’m often overlooked by both my social and professional circles when it comes to being included in outings or social activities.

I’m already working quite a lot on becoming more outgoing and getting out of my shell, but I feel like a little extra help couldn’t hurt.

So I’d be really interested in hearing about any rituals, practices, or exercises from GoM books that you’ve found helpful for attracting more social opportunities into your life.
