Gambits been S tier since release, ppl say he’s easy to play. But in qp or 18v18 he’s rarely picked?

I noticed this yesterday, and I’m genuinely curious what others think the reason is?

Most characters that are in ban jail, you see all the time in qp or 18v18. I started paying attention, and Gambit was seen maybe once or twice.

And imma be honest… I been playing a LOT this weekend trying to get blue coins cuz I’m broke 😅 so I can’t emphasize enough that in a shit ton of matches, only a few Gumbo Guzzlers were out on parol.

Ppl love to abuse meta or easy characters it seems. So wouldn’t you expect Gambit’s everywhere? I woulda thought 18v18 especially would be flooded with Cajuns.

If anyone has the answer and can solve this mystery I’d be very grateful lol

Which team up do you guys use?

i've played gambit on and off since his release, but this season i really started playing him.
which team up should i use? i started using the jubilee one and now i'm using the mag one and i really like it more than jubs'.
should i ever switch back to jubilee's if it's enhanced? i really don't think the healing over time effect is better than the healing bubble, but i wanna hear what the mains have to say

Don’t like this meta but at least….

….i’ve actually been able to play Gambit every 4 games or so. He’s finally slipping through the ban phase sometimes. I’m a flex player but I’ve been aching to play some Gambit in ranked
