Hey! So I built my own Discord bot recently, and I'm honestly pretty proud of it, wanted to share it here.

I'm 21, studying Applied Computer Science, so yeah, my gaming budget is pretty tight and good deals actually matter to me. It started because I kept missing really good game bundle deals, like actually good, 90% off stuff, and I'd only find out about them a week later scrolling through some random forum. The annoying part was that some of these bundles had limited keys, so by the time I noticed, the games were already gone. That bugged me enough that I was like, ok, I'll just build a bot that tells me about this stuff myself instead of hoping I randomly find the right post at the right time.

Called it Bundle Bot. What it does right now:

• Automatically posts new bundles as soon as they drop (Fanatical, Humble, GMG)
• Lets you check a game's current price and its historical low, so you actually know if a "deal" is real or not
• You can set an alert on a specific game and it'll DM you the second it hits its all-time low price

It's also a pretty chill bot to add. It doesn't need admin permissions to work, just basic stuff like sending messages in the channel you pick. So no reason to be worried about giving it too much access.

Tech-wise it's just Python, discord. py, SQLite for storage, running on a student DigitalOcean plan in Docker. Nothing crazy, I just wanted it to actually work without breaking.

Kept it completely free, no ads, no premium stuff, mostly because that's what I was looking for myself and couldn't find.

Still just me running it and adding stuff people ask for. If you've got a gaming server (or even just a group chat with friends who game), it might actually be useful there too. That's kind of the whole point, I didn't want to keep it just for myself. If anyone wants to try it or has feedback, I'd appreciate it. Link's in the comments so I don't get flagged as spam.

I hope you're all doing well. Today I'd like to ask for something that's been sitting on my wishlist for a very long time: Congratulations On Your Purchase.

I've always been fascinated by games that let you flaunt your wealth excessively instead of being impoverished. The game Congratulations On Your Purchase has always stood out to me because of its immense ability to allow me to flaunt my wealth in the face of all of my destitute friends. I love games that reward having money, and from everything I've seen, the game Congratulations On Your Purchase really is exactly what I am looking for.

The game Congratulations on Your Purchase is especially appealing because it is the most expensive game on steam. Being able to show all of my penniless steam friends that I can afford this game sounds like an absolutely amazing experience. As someone who enjoys having money and flaunting wealth, this game feels like the definitive way of allowing me to live my lifestyle.

Unfortunately, I can't justify spending money on games right now. Between everyday expenses and other financial priorities, flaunting wealth has to take a back seat. Normally I'd wait for another sale, but this Summer Sale discount is one of the best I've seen, bringing the game down by 0%, making it $964.72 USD in the every single region. Even at this discounted price, it's still outside what I can currently afford, as I need to flaunt my wealth in other areas of life, such as buying Rolex watches and Chanel bags.

If someone were generous enough to gift it to me, I would genuinely appreciate it. I know this is a significant request, and I completely understand that there are many others asking for games as well. I've always been fascinated by games that let you carve your own path instead of forcing you down a single storyline. The X series has always stood out to me because of its massive sandbox universe where you can become a trader, miner, explorer, industrialist, pirate, or even command an entire fleet. I love games that reward patience and planning, and from everything I've seen, the X games seem to offer hundreds of hours of content and endless replayability.

The Anniversary Collection is especially appealing because it includes the complete history of the series. Being able to start from the earlier titles and experience how the universe evolved over the years sounds like an amazing journey. As someone who enjoys learning game mechanics and gradually building an empire from almost nothing, this collection feels like the definitive way to experience the franchise.

Unfortunately, I can't justify spending money on games right now. Between everyday expenses and other financial priorities, entertainment has to take a back seat.
