Me and a lot of Gamecock fans want him fired.

But then you got others saying his buyout contract. They'll give him another year, etc.

In my opinion you have to fire him this year.

Since we're not making the playoffs, and Shane Beamer said this on National Television, what would Beamer need to do to keep his job another year?

I'm not pulling for him any longer, he comes across as a nice guy, but regretfully he is out of his depth, and needs to be fired. But in your mind, what would need to happen for him to get one more year?

I wish Beamer said this.

Jon Sumrall BLASTED his own team with a stern warning

“There’s gonna be a lot of things that get called out, and it’s going to feel different,” Sumrall warned about this upcoming week of practice

Sumrall continued: “If there’s guys on this football team who don’t own that, they won’t be on this team very long. We’ve got a lot of improvement to do.”

Here are the candidates in order for who would fit SC best.

1. Glenn Schumann- Georgia DC

2. Buster Faulkner- Florida OC

3. Jake Dickert- Wake Forest HC

4. Charles Huff- Memphis HC

If we pull off a win against Kentucky, will it quiet the “fire Beamer” stance or simply cool it off for a bit?

Can someone please ask Shane why we come out of the gate focused and executing and then after the half come out flat? What happens at half time, maybe keep the boys in the bench and watch the marching band instead of getting comfortable in the locker room. Also can we get any accountability out of Beamer for anything in his post game pressers?

Obviously not a lot of happy feelings about the outcome. We all know changes at the top will need to be made.

What I did see especially earlier on was a good OL. Most of the problems with this team is not the OL and that’s a good thing.

The team is #1 in the SEC for rushing unless they were overtaken yesterday.
Also, Swain was impressive on his two jet sweeps. They had to know that was coming and he still got yards. There’s lots to improve and at least they did improve the OL.

If Beamer loses this week, which I honestly think we will fall flat, will he be let go? I hear Buster Faulkner is a prime candidate for the job? What the chances he get it over Briles?
