Just seems like such a crazy contrast of who's living on these blocks.
Inspired to make this post from that one post here earlier today that had nice houses on Drake/Cortland. A lot of hoods are starting to become gentrified and White/Polish/Asian people are able to afford 600k+ houses in the hood.
What do yall think about that? Honestly I am 50/50. For one, I don't like how it pushes out people who can't afford to live there no more but at the same time, I do understand that the world and economy revolves around money and it's all about sustaining our local economy. It's a dog eat dog world out there and everything is becoming competitive -- if u can't keep up and make bread, then people who can will take your spot.
What are yall thoughts??
