I have been using Garmin since 2020 Phoenix 6 and now the 8th, I bought the cirqa to use mechanical watches and be in the Garmin ecosystem, the cirqa I use it on the right wrist, but I have not been able to get used to it, even with some discomfort, if I put it on the left where I use the watch, it seems invisible, very comfortable.... Does this happen to anyone else? Suggestions?

I just got the arm strap and am moving the Cirqa to my upper arm.

I find the guide slightly confusing; where do I place unit?

Facing the front of the arm (right above the biceps, I believe) or on the side of the (above the biceps, but facing "outwards").

The pictograms are not that clear.
