Initially I thought it would be too big but I’d say it’s not too bad at all. Wrist size is 18cm for reference. Sadly I do feel if you have small wrists the sizing is not ideal - maybe there should have been big or small variant. Anyways so glad I can now wear my mechanical watches now on my left wrist and get all data I need. If I work out with this frequently I’m so going to need another band but the time is so long now!
Just a heads up to anyone who's order has not shipped yet.
I ordered Friday 7/24 at 5am with express shipping.
It said 1-3 days for shipping when I was ordering but apparently Garmin is now expecting a 5-8 week target date.
I can live with this size.
From all the posts regarding the size,i was expecting this thing to be huge.
it feels even more comfortable than the venu x1 and of course the Fenix 8pro(47mm)
For reference,185mm wrist circumference.
I wanted to share my experience in case it helps someone else.
I ordered the Garmin Cirqa from the official Garmin UK website at 09:05 UK time. I chose the Captain Blue, L–XL size because I had been waiting for the launch.
After placing the order, the status stayed as “Order Received” / “Not Shipped.” When I contacted Garmin Support, they told me that my chosen colour and size would not be available for 3–5 weeks. I was really disappointed because there was no indication of this before I placed the order.
Since I wanted the device before an upcoming trip, I ordered the same model from Currys, and it’s being delivered the next morning.
I’m not posting this to complain—just to let other buyers know that if you need your Cirqa quickly, it may be worth checking retailers like Currys before ordering directly from Garmin.
Has anyone else had the same experience with the official Garmin store?
Got the only blue in stock. Delivery date from Garmin 5-8 weeks.
Finally able to wear my automatic watches and track data within the Garmin ecosystem. The band isn’t as big as everyone seems to be worried about. I have 18cm circumference wrists.

Arrived this morning after pre-order on announcement day from futurumshop.nl happy I can ditch the watch (Enduro 3) and still have metrics when I feel like wearing something else.
Hi I want just let you know that you can already oder at Euronics in Germany.
I initially thought this will replace my current Epix 2 but it seems more likely I will use them both for activities, and the band for general stats tracking.
Anyone else exited to be able to be able to wear their normal watches again ?
Garmin also mentioned that they reconsidered and add the HR display during an activity without a subscription required.
Funny how Google fit had none and even after release their design dimensions took time to show but this already pops in amazon ahah
I’m currently a WHOOP user, but my subscription ends on August 8 and I’ve ordered the new Garmin CIRQA. I’m planning to move fully to Garmin Connect.
On WHOOP, I have my full strength-training routines saved with every exercise, set, rep and weight. How does this work with CIRQA and Garmin Connect? Can I create and follow complete workouts exercise by exercise, or does it only record the session as a general strength activity?
Also, is Garmin Connect good enough as a complete WHOOP replacement, or do you recommend another strength-training app that syncs accurately with Garmin?
I’m currently a WHOOP user and have several expensive WHOOP bands that I’d rather not stop using. Do you think someone might create a 3D-printable adapter or custom mount that would allow the Garmin CIRQA sensor to fit WHOOP bands?
Has anyone seen anything similar, or is the size and attachment system likely too different?
