Hey people smarter about fire than me!

Looking for help in ID-ing a replacement part for the pilot assembly. Attached a photo of the existing assembly.

Tried to start it up in my new-to-me house and it will not hold a flame as-is.

AI told me to replace not just the pilot hood but the entire assembly. I am handy, and will be sure to soap water test / etc when I replace it.

I’ve dug through rocks and can’t find the fireplace insert model number anywhere-also open to advice if someone knows where to find that.

Pilot light was on, but full flame wouldn’t ignite. The remote On button would make noise and a click could be heard from inside the unit, but no flame. No gas smell, but the pilot was working and the valve was open. Blew out the pilot light and now it won’t stay re-lit. New batteries in the remote receiver box.
Thoughts?
