Same tank top, different year (2022 - 2026)

I think I have added a decent amount of muscle
First pic 2022 - Just going to the gym 5 days
Second pic 2026 - Gym routine 6 days, cutting season on creatine, 200 g of protein daily

(32) just want to keep growing.

Hey.
Just wanted to share a lil brogress update.
I’ve always wanted to get massive and struggled for a long time to keep weight on. It wasn’t till the pandemic that I actually started pushing myself (past the full stomachs, and through the progressive overload in the gym.) I still have a long way to grow. But I’m loving every minute of it. Lately I’ve felt like the gym has become a place for my peace and growth(not just muscles)
Love seeing other bros on here getting huge and taking their stories.

Would love to connect with other bros into muscle growth and talk anything muscle or gym related (along with other interests we may have)

(This was about 7 years difference)

Bench press advice

For the past month on June 1st, I started benching 225 lbs, 4 sets of 8 reps. I’ve had 9 chest days since, and so far I can’t seem to push any more reps in. I’ll try for 9 reps, but then my next set tops out at 7 or 6 reps, ultimately resulting in the same number of overall reps total. I feel like I should be doing at least 4 sets of 12 by this point, but my body just won’t cooperate. Any advice?
I should add that my rest time between sets is 45 to 60 seconds.
