Hello, first time posting so I’m not sure how things work. I’m having trouble navigating customer support since my laptop is being repaired (2025 Asus G14 5060 model) so I don’t have the “hardware” to redeem the game. I do have a pc with a 3070 but that hardware isn’t valid. After 2 hours with customer support I just keep being told to use the laptop I don’t have to redeem the code.

Am I just unlucky and missing out on this? Or is there something or someone I can talk to?

Is customer service this disjointed and passive all the time?

Hi everyone,

I have a Lenovo Legion 5 and I'm on Advanced Optimus. Since I bought this laptop, I noticed that every time I quit a game, I start getting regular micro stutters about every 5-10 seconds.

The stutters affect the entire system, not just one specific application. After some testing, the only thing that stays smooth is the mouse cursor.

The only workaround I've found is to manually switch between NVDIA GPU only and Optimus several times or to restart the laptop. Eventually, after a few switches, the stutters randomly disappear. But it's not working 100% of the time.

I've had this issue since I bought the laptop.

What I've already tried:

• Clean reinstall of both Intel and NVIDIA graphics drivers using DDU.
• Installing the latest NVIDIA and Intel drivers.
• Using the graphics drivers provided by Lenovo.
• Updating all drivers and BIOS.
• Factory resetting Windows three times.
• Defragmenting the drive.

None of these solved the issue.

I even had my motherboard replaced because of a hardware failure (so both the NVIDIA GPU and Intel iGPU were replaced), but the problem is still exactly the same.

I've also uploaded a video that clearly shows the stuttering.

Specs:

• Windows 11
• NVIDIA RTX 4060
• Intel Core i7-14650HX

Any idea on how to fix this ?? Any help is gladly welcomed.

I just bought my first ever GEFORCE PREMIUM on my mac. I have a monitor attached to my mac that runs 4k 240Htz or 480Htz FHD Every other game for example Minecraft Roblox works perfectly fine on my monitor and my macbook but on my Geforce, the games that I play for example Apex legs and Fortnight keeps twitching even though it says im on 150 fps. Do any of yall know this problem?

A list of common issues and fixes will be added below (it's not the guide):

⚙️ If you receive the error: "You must meet the requirements of this code to activate it."
0️⃣: You must set the language to English in the Nvidia app, as well as on the Nvidia website in your browser.
1️⃣: Try a change the IP address or protocol method itself; browser proxies are not suitable. Then restart the NVIDIA app. It is important to use a high-quality IP address.
2️⃣: Update the Nvidia app to the latest version or reinstall it, then try activating again.
3️⃣: Try the test in a different browser, set to English. Make it your default browser for the time being. Opera with its built-in VPN through Asia works best.
4️⃣: Disable IPv6 on your internet-connected adapters. Press Win+R on your keyboard, enter ncpa.cpl, and press Enter. Right-click the adapter and select "Properties." Then, in the "Network" tab, uncheck "Internet Protocol Version 6 (TCP/IPv6)" and click "OK." If you have other adapters, repeat the procedure for the remaining access points, including virtual adapters from the VPN.

⚙️ If you get the error: "We were unable to process your redemption due to technical difficulties. Try again later."
1️⃣ Don't panic - this likely happened because connection unstable during the first attempt. Try switching the VPN location or protocol, then wait 15 minutes and try again. Do not use browser built-in VPNs for activation.

⚙️ If you get: "This code has expired.", "This offer is no longer available..." or "Your code cannot be redeemed at this time..."

I am trying to capture a very short video to upload for a bug report for a game and I cannot open the video, It just won't run.

It says it needs a different codec, and neither of the available chooseable codecs in video capture are physically able to be opened by my computer unless I pay for a premium program which shouldn't be the case.

It has some weird prefix before the MP4 which I then deleted and then just renamed it name.mp4, but it still refuses to open unless I pay money.

Why would they put it in a format that's completely unopenable???? And how the heck do I get my video? I just want to put in a bug report.

I have RTX 5080, R 9 7950X3D. Since the last driver when I use Dlss there are artifacts or a color effect left behind during fast movements. It is very frustrating. I reinstalled the driver but that effect is present. it is easy to glue pink or red. Does anyone else have this problem?I use nvidia overdriver with preset L or M the problem does not go away. Even if I do I do not change anything and leave the default it is the same

Every time I go to update my drivers I am unable to and have been stuck with this since the March 24th driver update. I am unable to stop or pause the update and it tells me that there was a problem. Any ideas how to fix it?

when i press join game, it takes a minute to load and then just quits and gives me a error code

So basically I had problems with Game Overlay not appearing on my screen. No matter what I did, it was still the same issue. I watched every possible youtube video and looked through so many reddit and forum threads to fix the issue. Spent quite a lot time you can say.

The solution? Just redownloand the old version of the Nvidia App. The new version is so ass beyond compression.
