I have noticed that my reliability score is 3.5 across the board, which is odd because my Genomelink V2 has reliability scores ranging from 3.0 to 5.0, with an average of 4.8 in the accurate category. Has anyone else experienced this? I'm averaging about 80% indigenous, but my Ancestry.com indigenous is 18%, while my Genomelink V2 indigenous is 26%. I'm worried this large discrepancy is because the algorithms didn't complete the computation.
