Question about Fastfood App Orders - Receipt Upload

Hi,
I couldn't find any posts or information on this so I decided to post here.
On my account I see some fastfood places like Wendy's, that I can get rewards for uploading receipts - if I place a pickup order through the Wendy's app and upload that receipt (has the last 4 digits of credit card, date, all the required stuff), will I get cashback?

How to use .20 bonus

Am I just having a brain fart and can’t figure out how to use this bonus? I’ve had it for over a week now, but I have no idea how to apply it so when I click on view offers none of them they’re ever $.20 off. Thank you for your help.
