I know if you shop at a place where you get a discount (for say redeeming a reward via that station), that Upside will usually reduce their payout down to a penny.
But I’ve never done that in my first fill up of the month. If I do that, will upside reduce to a penny entirely, or will they reduce to say .30/.31?

I’ve been using upside predominantly for cashback on gas spending. I’ve seen folk here post about cashback on groceries (and I can see it’s available in some places when I search other cities)
In the app in my location I only see Gas, Restaurant and Convenience. Anyone have any insight on why this is, or if more Grocery locations will be added to the app?

For the second time this week, I filled my tank and uploaded my receipt. For whatever reason the gas stations didn’t have the option to use a linked card. I uploaded pictures of the receipts and they stay pending bc there’s some issue. One gas station doesn’t include the name or address of the gas station on the receipt. This was a Mobil gas station. Not some small mom and pop stop.
I spend at least $150 a week on gas and only recently started using the app again. Any suggestions are appreciated! Thank you.

Mine, my wife’s and my daughter’s accounts all got locked.
The only thing I can think of is the same credit card are attached to the accounts, and my wife and I share a bank account for when we cash out.
I have an email sent to customer service, but I’m nervous that they are gonna give us the boot.
I mean, we each drive different cars but we use the same card to fuel up. Sure hope that doesn’t disqualify us
