i tried using geyser to link accounts, and it says it worked, but my inventories arent linked. am i misunderstanding? does the account link not link inventories or am i doing something wrong?
if i cant link inventories this way, is there a plugin that lets me do it? or any other way? thanks!!
I've been trying for days to get Geyser and Floodgate set up on my Minefort server. Floodgate works fine but Geyser doesn't because of Bungeecord being enabled. When I disable Bungeecord, Geyser works, but nobody can join the server. I'm having difficulty because while bedrock players CAN join, nobody's skins are visible. I feel like I've tried everything!!! I just want Bedrock skins to be visible but if I disable one thing the other breaks. I seriously feel like I'm going to freak out and I don't understand how to fix this. I also don't understand how Bedrock players can join at all if Floodgate depends on Geyser and Geyser isn't working??? I'm so confused, I need help and I don't know what to do, please!!! All I want is to be able to see my friends' skins instead of the default Alex!

i had a server for me and my friend with geyser and floodgate installed a few months ago and after starting it today and logging in, for some reason, the geyser and floodgate message is in japanese (ik it means that its updated i think)
(i didnt set Japanese as Minecraft''s language and neither is the locale set to that)
I have already tried it with no mods, the server works.
With Fabric Api Geyser didnt worked.
The server is self hosted on Linux if anyone need this info.
For any Help i am gratefull, and free to answer querstions for solving the problem.
Is there a way to automatically link bedrock and java account in the server when a player join?
Not sure if this is the right place but I have a brand new Minecraft bedrock instillation on my bisect server, it is not a java server with Geyser but a bedrock server, there is no Geyser instillation. The server is running on 1.26.23.1 and the bedrock version is 26.23.
So I've been having this problem when trying to join my private cross platform server,the server is running on Paper 1.21.11 ,the geyser and floodgate versions are all upto date and the bedrock version is 1.21.132.
Java players have no problem joining.using vpn also does no help as this same problem persists.So far I've tested with many server providers and only Minekeep and Minefort works without this problem showing but some of the players are cracked hence I can't use Minekeep as they don't support cracked players and Minefort has an High ping in my region to point where I can't join the server sometimes
I was testing a geyser server my brother is setting up and it said i need to confirm i have a java account to play on the server. I have one but my friends playing on the server dont. Is this a problem and is there any way to fix it? I also noticed that the official geyser test didnt have this issue, so im guessing it can be changed
