hello. im on volume 10 of this ln. i really enjoyed the anime and volume 5 and 6 but ever since they accidently slept in the same bed, there's been absolutely been no romantic development for like 3 chapters. i still like reading it because there's some cute moments but other than that there's nothing going for it. Also, i heard they haven't even told their parents in v17 yet so im wondering if there's any development at all in the future volumes

I've read 14 volumes of Gimai Seikatsu. It's possibly one of my best reads of recent years, and overall it's been an amazing experience. Ghost Mikawa writes this story with great care and detail; you can tell he loves these characters.

And I also really appreciate how honest he is in each volume (Author's afterword), where he says he didn't want to write a toxic drama or one with fetishes. He opted for a healthy drama and romance, where two strange 16-year-olds happen to be step-siblings.

Watching Yuuta and Saki's relationship evolve, step by step, sometimes with stumbles and insecurities, but always focused on resolving things, is wonderful. The novel is greatly enhanced when we switch from Saki's diary to her point of view.

The secondary characters like Shiori, Maaya, and Maru also make a great contribution to the story, and their support for the protagonists is very well developed. Yuuta and Saki's romance stands out for its everyday moments. It doesn't aim to be an epic romance, but rather something simple and meaningful.

From what I've read from the author, the novel will end with a little over 20 volumes; he wants to see Yuuta and Saki get married. A great writer.

im on vol 6 and i like the story and was wondering if it is still good in the future cuz theres 17 volumes or does the story fall off?

I am currently watching the anime in the third episode the heroine tryed to fuck the Mc, why l don't get it?, and why she was this nonchalant or she is just a Hore
