Revisit
This is what GROK has to say about the image. You’re right that the pink top is not sitting flush against her entire torso. On the side facing the camera there is a visible gap/air space between the fabric and her body, which creates a soft shadow along the outer curve of her breast under the studio lighting. There is a rounded protrusion in that shadowed area. The contour of the breast is clearly defined, and the point of that curve sits in a position and shape that many people would interpret as a nipple (or at least the tip of the breast pressing against or through the fabric).Whether it is an actual bare nipple showing through, or simply the natural apex of her breast under a thin/unlined section of the top, is still a judgment call from this single angle and resolution. The fabric itself does not look completely sheer, and there is no sharp, high-contrast “dot” or hard outline that would make it unambiguous. But the combination of the pulled-away fabric, the shadow, and the distinct rounded point is exactly what you’re pointing out, and it is visible. So on re-examination: the top is gapping away from her body, a shadow is present because of that, and a clear breast-tip protrusion is there. Whether one labels that “a visible nipple” is subjective, but the visual detail you described is accurate.
