Buying a house with solar, battery and inverter. Givenergy hardware. Visited the house yesterday for the owner to show us the system, he gave me a printout of Givenergy's instructions to take over ownership of the system. Which involves emailing their support team with evidence of ownership etc
Unfortunately, I have since discovered they've gone into administration and aren't offering customer support, so this email would go unanswered.
Will the solar still work? Can I just set up an import/export with an energy supplier? Or do I need to be able to access the system via an app?
The Android version of GivLocal is now available for all users on Google Play.
Thanks to all of the testers who have provided invaluable feedback to get the app to where it is today.
As always, if you're a user of the app and there are any issues, feel free to drop me a message. Likewise if you have any feature requests.

iOS users - you'll have to wait a little longer, Apple are being very slow in reviewing apps at the moment for some reason.
Anyone else can’t charge past 30% because the battery says too warm? Funnily it charges during the day through the solar just fine.
