Glock gen 6: 4 guns for the price of 2……..

In case anyone was wondering, if you have a gen 6 17 and 19 you can swap frames and slides to have a 45 and a 49. I didn’t shoot them with the swapped frames extensively but I did put a few boxes of ammo through them and they ran fine. Anyway…. I’ll go get a life now. Have a wonderful day!

COA worth it?

I currently carry a 19.6 that previously had a RMR HD on it. Took the RMR off to put on my new Staccato and was going to put my ACRO on my 19 but decided to send it for warranty work to Aimpoint before mounting it. Not happy with the RMA or the wait time and don’t know if I really want to do it again for my carry gun. Also I had Wager do some C ports and I now see the error of my ways between the porting really not making a difference and the chunks of shit that’ll fly out into my face sometimes.

I want to hear your guys opinion if replacing my current setup with a 19.6 COA is worth it. Preferably from people who have put a real round count and real range time on their COAs

TLR-7 X v. TLR-7 HL-X

Hello,

I'm trying to decide if I'd be better off with the 7x or 7hlx. I do want to carry, so I know the 7x would be ideal as it is flush - just didn't know if there was other things to take into consideration?

I daily an x macro. Wanted something bigger. Went w a 19x. Have a sight and a light. Just waiting on a holster that fits the light, and an adapter plate for the optic.

Which comp?

I got a Glock 19 gen 5 with a black phoenix custom slide that can’t take Gen 5 comps so it’s pretty much between these too but I don’t know which one to buy which one is better? I got a pretty much stock Glock with a rmr and Surefire x300 kinda a mk27 right now

AE Nelson pocket holster

30 day wait from order to hands.
In retirement i only wear shorts, even in winter too hot for jackets to cover gun where I live. Strong side carry.
My holster, my photos Droid.
The flap allows proper grip during draw.
2nd Nelson holster in 20 years, first was a summer special.

Anyone else notice that the back straps included with Gen 6 g19 says it’s compatible either the Gen 6 19 and 23. I wonder if this means that more Gen 6 models are on the way?

26.5 slide w/ comp on 19.5 slide

I have been wanting to put a ppm comp on my 19 and 26 with the intention to put the 26 slide on the 19 frame and the 19 slide on a 17 frame when I want. I put the 26 slide on the 19 frame and it wouldn’t cycle far enough to lock back. Am I doing something wrong or are they not compatible? I really like the look of the frame out to the end.
