Need help from the ladies (0 knowledge about skincare)

My sister suffered from acne for years and now she developed some scars too, thankfully they're only superficial pigmentation, but I know she's a bit conscious about it and I wanted to buy her some skin care products to help, I thought about buying her "PanOzyl Acne Wash" with some gentle moisturizer and also "Anua Azelaic Acid" and "La Roche Posay sunscreen". Now I absolutely have 0 knowledge about this stuff so I don't know if these products can go together or not, I literally just started looking up online yesterday till 3AM looking for solutions and my head is full of "retinol" and "Niacinamide"😅😅 please help me out to buy her a gift that would return her confidence 🙏

I'm not great at cooking and i dont really have any time to cook but this is my recent easy meals for dinner, might inspire the beginners like me 😔

Lmooohim i believe that food is very important for your glowing up journey!!! Many keep focusing on buying products, skin care products, hair products, vitamins or whatever but that's not how to invest in your health!

Food + Sleep are the roots of all the problems!

If you dont eat healthy food do nooot expect a good skin nor a healthy hair.

Same with sleep and I'm saying that with real experience, as I've been on average 3h of sleep each VS long periods of sleep and tell me why my skin got sooo alive back then ( rn i cant get enough sleep again 🫩)

(Ignore the monster drink that's not healthy😂)

I've been trying to balance my food and I've been cutting sugar for almost a long time

Pcos girlies (hair removal)

How do you deal with the hair (if you remove it)? Im mainly interested in facial hair b7al sideburns and peach fuzz? How much did it cost you approximately (cire/laser/lumiere puslée etc..)
And did anyone ever experience the opposite effect (more hair after removal) in the face? I heard that was a possibility with laser
