Has anyone gotten a new car? Did you report it right away or wait until your insurance expires? I can only assume that since we verify the car info every time we go online this change would be reported immediately but lots of shady stuff happens here in Chicago lol!! I even placed an order when my car was down and someone literally delivered it ON THE BUS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Gopuff’s fees are ridiculous.

The items I purchased were $12.99 & $1.69 - $20.62

This month I made 2 orders that were the exact same in the orders.

1st order this month - 24.82

Then a couple weeks later - 32.13

I wish there was a cheaper version of this app that delivered alcohol, etc.

At $32.13 I’m out.

How does the Gopuff 90 & Lex work? Is it strictly a distribution center or can you walk in and shop? I have walked straight through the open front door and into the back several times, it feels a little weird doing this but there aren't any signs saying not to and they have their physical store hours listed as open on the front of the store and a cash register in the front to checkout. I normally just find a Gopuff worker in the warehouse to check me out and they do it. Am I doing this correctly?

Gopuff (or its drivers) continually leave items out of my orders. This has happened twice over the course of one week.

I ordered something, an item was missing, I reached out to customer service. They would only offer a GoPuff credit, rather than a refund.

So in order to use that credit, I have to buy from GoPuff again. So today I did. The item was missing AGAIN.

Now they refuse to offer a refund because of my refund history.

Are drivers stealing items? Is the fulfillment team just bad at their jobs? What is going on and how is it legal that GoPuff can just steal my money and refuse to send a replacement or a refund?

Expect a decline of customers due to the fact that there is no longer an incentive for using Gopuff.

I used to order GoPuff all the time and loved it. GoPuff doesn't deliver to where I live currently, but I saw an ad that they were hiring in a neighboring city. I currently deliver pizzas for a national chain and thought, why not try this?

I was never contacted for an interview, I just keep getting spammed that I have to send them a photo of my ID and other things. Is this the normal sign up process? No interview, just go?

Basically what the title says. I had a driver not follow my delivery instructions at all (standard no contact delivery and do not knock) and did did the complete opposite and looked into my house when I opened the door to stop his incessant knocking. Gopuff support would not answer my question about if he would be able to see that I was the one who made the report or if it could be done anonymously. I asked them at least 3 times and they just ignored my question copy pasting that they will look into it and that they don’t know the outcome (I don’t want this man to be fired) but wouldn’t tell me if he would be able to see that I was the one making the report. I brought up safety concerns and they still brushed me off. And then ended the chat. So basically: can a driver see who made a report on them?

Anyone know whats going on? Any eta of when its back up and operational?
