Hello, I’m reaching out to ask whether anyone has a more direct method of contacting GOAT support. I recently ordered a pair of shoes, and the item I received appears to have significant authentication concerns. I submitted a return request to GOAT and provided all information they requested. I received a message stating that their authentication team would review the case and respond within seven days.

It has now been over three weeks with no follow‑up, despite multiple attempts on my end. I opened a new support inquiry to request an update, but that ticket was closed without any response as well. So it’s not a mixup and they are actively ignoring my emails.

For context, I previously purchased the same shoes from StockX and encountered the same authentication issue. StockX processed that return without any complications, and I strongly suspect both pairs originated from the same seller. GOAT’s return policy clearly allows returns within a time window , and my request should have been honored. The authentication team can address any concerns once the shoes are returned.

Any assistance or guidance on how to escalate this matter would be greatly appreciated.

Not karen type complaining but they said it might take 30 days to deliver my package these people are crazy😭

So I add an item to my cart and the price was $475 and I checked out, I got a email confirmation and the price change to $594. I when to cancel and the order was confirmed so quickly that I was not able to cancel and Customer Service is no help. Has this happened to anyone else

Don’t use goat spread the word haha these people have no shame and hire thugs to run their warehouses .

I shipped my shoes to the goat and they said delivered and then they switched it to saying they were missing. After speaking to usps they confirmed they received them .
So someone at goat stole my shoes and Goat is refusing to make it right.
Apparently they are cool with workers stealing sneakers .
I am going to have to try and dispute it because usps is saying they confirmed they were delivered so it’s not on them and Goat is saying that never got them so it’s not on them.
However seeing as it was a pair of Travis Scott’s , 100% someone in the warehouse pocketed my sneakers and their company won’t do anything about it .
Never again. Tbh at this point everyone should be telling everyone to not use Goat app.
