Alias flagged an order im selling

Hi all,
I purchased a brand new Essentias Fear of God hoodie on 03/21/26 off of the GOAT app.
It was way too big for my son- he never even wore it besides to try it on. We immediately bagged it back up (still with tags attached, and the original garment bag), and I put it for sale on Alias. It sat there for a while before someone bought it. I just shipped the order back, and of course I receive a notification on the Alias app that there was an “issue during verification”… I BOUGHT IT FROM GOAT! It says “someone will be in touch with me soon”… does anyone know when that will be? I’m beside myself. That’s almost $100 I’m out. Thank you,

Issue….

I placed an order yesterday and for whatever reason the suite and box number are not included in my shipping address like normal. I’ve placed multiple orders in the past and had zero issues but for whatever reason my shipping address does not have the suite or box number included, which means it’ll go to a location with multiple businesses, but no actual destination. I use a UPS store shipping box that I pay for monthly for all of my incoming packages which means I have to include the suite and the box number to actually get my package. I’m hoping GOAT be able to help me with this seeing as it’s still going to the Authenticator before coming to me. I messaged them and I’m waiting to hear back. I went into my shipping addresses location on the app and for whatever reason there’s two addresses 1 has the suite and the box number and the other one just has the address without those two and this package is going to not ever reach me if I do not include a suite and box number. I really hope that I’m not screwed and end up losing a bunch of money because of this. I used Affirm for the first time as well.

W-9 and cashing out

I’ve recently reached the threshold and was asked to submit a W-9 for tax reasons. They said payout would be restricted and may take 3 business days to be restored. Form was received and completed by me on the same day on 5/11

However, I have yet to receive an update or resolution and it’s been a week since I’ve done the form. Currently have thousands waiting to be paid out and I have bills and rent due soon.

Anyone else experience this issue before? I haven’t received any updates other than “taking longer due to volume” from support

GOAT saying box isn’t original issue

Just a heads up to anyone who has these and trying to sell on GOAT app. They are saying these aren’t the original box. Nike for whatever reason on all pairs put a label over the original one. I sent them a email stating this and also my SNKRS confirmation screenshot of my order. Anybody in here have a a good connect with someone at GOAT?

Your order could not be completed Error

I keep getting this message when trying to purchase any item on GOAT. I have already contacted my payment institution and they haven’t had any issues on their end. Does anyone have knowledge about this? Support said there is a “hold” on my account for “unauthorized activity”. What does that mean??

Kobe Jersey Purchase Experience With GOAT

Paid premium price for a F4ke Kobe jersey on GOAT. Noticed multiple issues immediately after receiving it. Sent it back through their official process, paid another 56.15 AUD for return shipping, and my request was still rejected because the item was considered “used.”

Purchased these on Tuesday 4/28 and immediately got an email saying they shipped for verification. The status of the order showed “order packaged” in the app. On Friday 5/1 the app updated to “shipped” but has had no update since then and it’s been about 10 days since I purchased. Any input or will it get delayed and ultimately cancelled?
