Hey all. Not sure if this has been asked here yet, but is anyone else still waiting on their summer sale order to ship? I placed my order less than an hour after the sale went live on 08/01 and nothing has shipped yet. Wondering if I'm even still going to get it at this point. Thanks!

Orders not here

After 17 days or ordering, I randomly checked my shop app and it says my order was delivered when it never came. Should I contact lefelur or should I just wait a couple of days? (I’ve ordered from Le fleur before and this is the first time this has happened)

Cap finally here

The cap finally arrived, but the only thing I was expecting was for it to come in a Le Fleur box or something similar. Instead, it arrived in a regular cardboard box, and the pin came in a plastic bag. Maybe this is because of the large number of orders, but it was still a little disappointing. Other than that, everything was great

Is everyone receiving their tracking information for international orders?

I placed two orders, the first placed the 08/04 and the other the 08/06 with an Italian shipping address.

Only the second order (The black bronco hat from last season) got shipped. I received an e-mail that informed me but the tracking link isn’t available.

Because it is an international shipment, I kinda need the tracking number to look out for customs and to monitor the state of the parcel (Not trying to be impatient but I’ll not be at home for at least 2 weeks from tomorrow).
