How do you think the series will end?

I know it's too early to theorize about this, but I want to know your opinions. Do you think it will have a "happy ending" or a "tragic ending"? I’m leaning more towards the second option, especially since it’s inspired by the original *Little Mermaid* story. I have a feeling that, in the end, Lara might sacrifice herself for her kingdom—or maybe it will be some sort of punishment? Yeah, his sister and her lanternfish might turn into sea foam, unless they talk to the witch to see if she can offer a solution.

Look I know they're not endgame but I kinda ship them, even though Luca is a reincarnate of Lara's past lover.

Mind-controlled or not, Luca's yearning for Lara is so adorable! The way he's her muse for his paintings, how clumsy he gets around her, his text messages, acts of service (buying her ice cream and taking her out to the fireworks) and his monologue for her was so romantic. If it were a different kind of story this would be such a sugar-inducing story.

"Ever since I saw you that day, I've wanted so badly to paint you. And I've wanted to keep discovering all the beautiful things about you. I think you're beautiful, Lara. That's why this is what I wanted to show you today."

Mari winning nationals is gonna hit like Yuri crack

Luca's clumsiness is a metaphor for Mari's opponents getting knocked down bruv. This is my 200 IQ analysis

"Thank goodness you saved the buns!"... Luca....

He did not take kindly to her not asking if he was ok 🤣

The sheer difference between her reactions to Mari and Luca tells a lot.

I think Lara is just happy that Luca accepts her for who she is unlike the prince. Luca seems to admire Lara because she is pretty and also because he is an artist. I think it just small crush he has on her. There was no spark between them. Their relationship as of now can be summed up as admiration for one and the other.

MariLara has a lot of moments that proved that there was something more than ordinary friendship.Their relationship is definitely a slow burn but I think it is the real deal. Also, we see the bubbles in her shoes in the post end credits which is definitely a sign for something bad.

Do you guys think bubbles is a sign for time running out?

I guess this is when Luca learn about Lara's situtaion (put spoiler just in case)

There's a Luca scenes with mari and lara in PV3 which quite bother me because it's look pretty serious.

I don't think they gonna make Him out of the loop since he already know lara is mermaid.
