Hi everyone! I was lucky enough to attend the queens classic as my first game, and was in the first amount of people in, so got a Rose bobblehead. I was wondering if anyone was looking for one and wanted to buy it? I wouldn’t charge anything crazy, just want it to go to a good home, because I’m keeping mine but my dad doesn’t want his lol

So….. I live in Louisville, Kentucky and there’s absolutely no way I’d be able to get to SI Stadium for the game. My girlfriend is a huge hello kitty fan, as well as a Gotham fan. If anyone possibly gets an extra hello kitty plush toy, I will pay you and for the shipping. Preferably not scalper prices.. but it would mean a lot. ❤️

Hi Gotham fans! I'm an NWSL reporter & photographer based down in DC but from NJ. Over on the Spirit reddit I give folks some of my notes after games and thought I'd give you the same after being in Harrison for Friday's game. I have a full newsletter with a recap, pictures, and some personal reflections on coming home (including how my parents handled their first pro soccer game... they ended up in Cloud 9!) But here are some reporting notes I had:

• The quick goal for KC was a turning point... for Gotham. Tierna Davidson: "I think that gave us a little bit of a punch in the face and we woke up and we responded really well. I’m proud of the team for that. I’m proud of the team for sticking to the game plan that we wanted to execute."
• As for the game plan, looooots of strong defense, as usual. More from Davidson: "I think, doing our best to force them into spaces that they didn't prefer. We know that they like to transition centrally, and they're very dangerous when they get into those positions running at the back line. Trying to make sure that if we're going to give up something, it's wide space. But also, too, transitionally being really turned on to what they want to do and trying to shut it down before it happens.”
• On the flip side, KC head coach Chris Armas could see it, but the Current couldn't do much about it: "They’re a team in the league that dominates field position for different reasons. They can press well. They can press with numbers. They have smart players and our build-up habits have to be better than the pressing habits."
• Jaedyn Shaw had some very kind words about playing with Sam Kerr: "It’s always great to have a world-class player on your team. I think it’s been really fun to just build chemistry with her, and I feel like she’s just always in the right spot, so I don’t even have to look most times."
• Shaun Harris said even just putting Kerr in the lineup can be an advantage: "First and foremost, you see a player like Sam Kerr on the opposition team sheet and that sends a message psychologically. She's a dangerous player. She's a dangerous threat, so you know you can't give her an inch or she's going to do what she's known for."

Did anyone buy the tickets to the Tobin , Christen customization at sports illustrated? If so,.. how much was it? Curious as to what ticket I got

I have an unexpected week off before I start a new job and decided to go to LA to visit a friend. Just so happens Gotham will be playing in LA and I want to go to the game.

Any insight on the best place to sit? I can't imagine there is a big away supporter section given how far away LA is from NJ. Would love to connect with any LA Gotham fans!!

Thank you to whoever said that the fireworks were the best they’ve ever seen. I’m not a fireworks person. I always leave before they start and won’t got out of my way for them on the 4th but your comment made me stay and give them a chance and I am so glad I did. My 12 year old was begging to leave - long day of her own sports, and I asked her to just wait to see how they were. We absolutely loved them and I can’t wait to bring some Broadway loving friends next year. Everything is “mid” to her and she even asked me to send her the videos so she could share them with her friends. I can’t believe I skipped out on them last year. What an amazing game and night all round. It was pure happiness.

Maybe it’s better in person, but I’m watching the Kansas game on Prime and I feel like both teams uniforms are way too similar. They’re like inverted of each other and it’s hard to tell players apart at a glance. Maybe it’s easier in person. Perhaps if Kansas didn’t have teal socks. Am I crazy?

I had to miss this year's edition, which is a shame because last year's Broadway Night was the best night.

I got an email and as a thank you for going to the rainy game they were giving out free tickets with a code and I wanted to bring my gf to the game but the code isnt working. Am i just doing something wrong?

Did anyone attended it last year? How was the experience like?

Posted earlier that I have an unused ticket for Friday that I hoped to give away for free and it was removed by mods.. I didn’t think giving away tickets was against the rule in this sub?
