Getting finessed $2k??

Long story short I sold an authentic cemetery ring for a little over $2k. Purchased from CH, with proof of receipt. Now; 3 months later, the buyer contacted Grailed saying it’s fake (after leaving a 5 star review????) and it’s being shipped back to me. Even though Grailed authenticated the items themselves, am I going to forced to payback that money, even though the item is authentic and Grailed supposedly doesn’t allow returns (ON AUTHENTIC ITEMS WITH PROOF???) any advice is greatly appreciated!!

listing not showing in my profile after uploaded

hey guys, i’m kinda new to selling on Grailed, i sold my first item not too long ago and im trying to list this pair of jeans today and its not showing on my profile, i tried logging into a different account and search my username up and nothing shows up. if anyone knows anything about this please help it would be very appreciated

Is Grailed dying?

I’ve been a top seller on Grailed for 5 years and recently it seems like all activity is down. I was starting to think maybe it’s just my product or something, so i added to Depop and within 2 weeks I’ve had 10x more sales on there than I’ve had on Grailed in the past 2 weeks. I’m still going to be posting on Grailed, but it’s pretty clear to me that Grailed is not peoples preferred shopping app anymore.

Who remembers my last post about that crazy seller? 😂 He changed his grailed username 3 times btw lmao

Anyway, i finally got the paris ultraflat shoes through this kind, beautiful soul, and fast respond seller on IG (randomly found on google). Huge shoutout to them unlike that crazy seller 😒 definitely check them out!

Permabanned after a few listings - any way to get back on?

I posted like 5 items, two of them were Chrome Hearts (authentic - I put them through Legit App). They quickly removed the two Chrome items and permabanned me. I can't find anyone to talk to, they don't respond to anything.

Is there any way to get my account back (or make a new account that won't also be permabanned)? How does one get a verified/trusted seller badge?

Unhappy Buyer

So i’ve been a chrome buyer for almost a decade now, and i know condition and whatnot very well when it comes to their pieces. It’s my first time using Grailed and this is the problem i have run into as soon as this person received their order. I feel like they have buyers guilt because this person is crying over “cracks” even though it’s exactly as it is in the picture. And quite frankly i don’t trust them to even send me back my item. Or if they send me a fake idk if i’m overthinking but i would really appreciate some help.
PS i don’t even wanna respond to this kid anymore. Will Grailed take their side in this matter? Or what do i do.
