We are expanding our design roster at Drop the Briefs and looking for all kinds of talent—graphic designers, web designers, logo creators, and brand illustrators.

If you are a design student or beginner looking to shift from fake tutorial projects to building a real client-facing freelance portfolio, this is for you.

📌 The Setup & Workflow

Frequency: We upload 6-7 real freelance briefs daily based on active inbound client requests.

Scope of Work: Branding guidelines, high-converting web mockups, vector logos, social assets, and marketing banners.

Timeline: Fast-paced, real-world freelance deadlines (typically 24–48 hours per brief).

💰 Compensation & Budget

To comply with community rules, we do not use vague payment terms. Payouts are structured per completed, accepted asset based on the complexity of the brief:

Logo/Icon Design: Fixed rate of ₹2,500 – ₹4,000 per selected asset.

Social Media Layouts/Banners: Fixed rate of ₹1,500 – ₹3,000 per project.

Web Landing Page UI/UX Mockups: Fixed rate of ₹5,000 – ₹10,000+ per project.

Note: This operates on a brief-challenge model. Selected designs receive competitive flat-rate payouts immediately upon client approval. All participants walk away with the usage rights to showcase the real client brief in their personal portfolios.

An eye for detail and layout structure.

Working knowledge of Figma, Adobe Illustrator, or Photoshop.

A link to your current portfolio or past work samples (freshers/students welcome to apply with concept projects).

I’ve got bulk work to be done on Canva(cant use templates though).
Some basic experience designing stuff is expected. As long as you are creative and have good eye for design(basic design principles), then we should be good to go.

Min Requirement:
Knowledge of design principles
Eye for good design
Canva/Adobe Express
Basic english/communication

Timeline:
Minimum one month’s work. If we’re happy with the quality, then happy to extend it up to 3-6months.

Pay:
Payment would be 10-30k per month, depending upon the work quality as well as quantity. Both aspects are equally important.

Payment Method:
IMPS/NEFT/UPI on the 7th of every month.

Looking for something cutesie, spooky, and artsy. A digital invitation I can send to my guests. May require original illustration. Pretty open with the design, just some fun little images around including Shane and Ilya as vampires with other little iconic symbols from Twilight, Heated Rivalry, classic vampire iconography. (images for general reference but with different images). Preferrably someone with at least knowledge of Heated Rivalry and Twilight! I am not very educated on design work, budget of about $20/h but open to more, unknown how long something like this would take as well. Thank you for your expertise and patience!

Most all image assets are in a hexagon style format:

I run a real estate marketing agency in the Gulf region. We produce short property videos and I need someone to handle a simple but recurring design task.
The job:
• I provide you with aerial/drone-style images of properties
• You overlay location callouts on ~4 frames per video (nearby Masjid, schools, shops, distances, etc.)
• Clean, minimal style — text, icons, maybe a line or arrow. Nothing crazy
• I’ll give you a template/reference so the style stays consistent across projects
What I’m looking for:
• Someone comfortable with Photoshop, Figma, or Canva — whatever gets it done clean
• Quick turnaround (these are simple overlays, shouldn’t take long per set)
