Mk2 lower on my 633. Magazine in: no issues. MAGAZINE OUT: The bolt catch is not effectively holding the bolt, it slips forward with the slightest bump. The Ambi side straight up doesn’t work, the Ambi lever hits my upper and tops out before the bolt can catch. QUESTION: is this just an upper/lower pairing issue? Or is the lower out of spec? NOTE: this issue does not happen with my spikes 9mm lower on this upper. NOTE: this lower has already been sent to Griffin for RMA as well as them sending me additional internals… no fix. I’m going to send in the lower again to them soon, but just hoping someone on Reddit has found a solution for this.

Added a proper folding stock and a Griffin Armament AM 7 suppressor

Our armorers Griffin Armament 11.5” MK2 paired with the HRT556AM. Been putting it through its paces and trying out many of the new AM silencers, very very impressive. As a lefty the lbp cans have been a game changer. Anybody else have experience with the AM line?

I would recommend to only use 30 cal suppressors as I think there's a small amount of deflection that may cause a baffle strike on a 22 cal can. I don't have a 22 cal suppressor nor 22 cal concentricity rod to test this.

I have tested this with the 30SD-K as well as two other 30 cal cans that use GATE-LOK hub adapters.

So, I had a chance to take my new hrt556am out w my g36c this week... And wow.. this thing exceeded expectations.

I looked at the Rhodie 6 for awhile. I needed something that was LBP for several sensitive 556 hosts, but the barrel restrictions meant I couldn't use it on my G36c. I eventually stumbled on the Griffin. It's my first Griffin can and I'm pretty blown away by how well it handles not only the sound, but the flash on a 9" 556 gun.
