This picture says a lot about our modern society
Act according to your principles.
Do you agree with this quote?
I think there's a lot of truth in this, but I also wonder if it overlooks how much our circumstances can affect us. Mindset is powerful, but things like health, relationships, and financial security clearly matter too.
Do you think happiness is mostly a choice of perspective, or do external circumstances play an equally important role?
A timeless quote from Cicero
It isn't really about owning a garden or a huge collection of books. To me, it's about having a place to find peace and a place to keep learning.
In a world full of endless scrolling, deadlines, and constant distractions, this idea feels surprisingly modern. A garden represents calm, patience, and being present. A library represents curiosity, growth, and lifelong learning.
Whether it's a real garden, a small balcony with plants, a Kindle, or a local library, the message seems timeless.
Do we ever see the truth or just our own perspective?
We often believe our opinions are facts, but they're usually shaped by our experiences, beliefs, emotions, and what we've been through.
Two people can witness the exact same event and come away with completely different interpretations.
Maybe understanding this is the first step toward having better conversations and being more open-minded.
What's keeping you in your comfort zone?
• Sometimes the door is open, but we stay where we are because we're used to the cage.
• Fear, self-doubt, comfort, or old habits can keep us stuck even when nothing is physically holding us back.
• Freedom isn't always enough. Sometimes we have to learn how to use it.
Porn Books
How can one claim to not be a porn consumer when they read "dark romance" and teenage romance genre?
The fact that sex scenes are depicted in these books so explicitly and in details that it gives the same dopamine rush as porn.
It's especially frustrating because, as a writer myself, it feels as though to write a book that actually gets a lot of views and revenue especially, all you need to do is write explicit smut in a descriptive way and boom you're viral.
You cannot compete with this genre as a new artist with modest storylines in the 21st century and I think that's depressing.
That's how it works, that's how rough to be a man
It's Not About What You Have, It's About How You Use It
• Having more money, tools, or opportunities doesn't guarantee success.
• If you don't know how to use what you already have, it will never feel enough.
