I think a lot of people who want to grow their server have some number in mind where they imagine they'll finally feel like they've "made it". But I've also seen huge servers where nobody talks, or where people talk about things the owner doesn't really care about, or just don't use the community the way it was intended.

So I'm curious, besides growth, what makes you feel like you have a genuinely good server? What makes you look at your community and actually feel satisfied with it?

I've met server owners who still want to grow but are already really happy, or proud with the community they have, and I'm especially curious what creates that feeling. We can measure a ton of things with data, but I don't think data can replace how you actually feel about your community, especially when that feeling is a big part of what keeps you motivated to run it.

I fell out of split ownership of a server around 500 members. The server went pretty silent after i left. Recently, an oppurtunity arose where i could potentially take complete ownership of said server if i was able to revive the server in exactly three months. If i fail, the server gets deleted.

If you were in my position, what would be your first choice
