Every Discord seems to advertise the same things, active members, events, games, friendly people, active VCs, we have all of that and more... but here's what matters to me instead, I wanted a place where people actually knew each other, where someone notices if you've been gone for a week, and where hopping into voice doesn't feel awkward because you've already gotten to know everyone or because the gang is welcoming. That's what TLRS became. We're just adults hanging out, laughing, watching sports and movies, playing games, talking about books, and making actual friendships.
