MGSD Wing Gundam Zero EW!

Hello everyone! I’m Zoony.
This is my first post here!
On YouTube, I create original music videos under the theme “One MS One Song”, where every Mobile Suit has its own original song.
I also make Gunpla stop-motion animations and livestream my builds.
If you’re interested, I’d be happy if you checked out my work. Thank you for your support!

A past project: MGSD Wing Gundam Zero EW!
I repainted it with a completely new color scheme, giving it the appearance of an Angel of Water.
I hope you enjoy this unique custom build!

The MG Vidar is a blast to photograph

I’m not a great poser but it was really fun to pose and take photos of this kit since I’m still in the process of learning it all and would love to hear thoughts and feedback. Photos taken on Iphone 16+

Just bought a Photobox, need workflow feedback

Hi everyone! I'm new to Gunpla photography and recently bought a photobox to improve my workflow. I keep the front lip closed to use the front reflector to fill in light on the kit's front side. I am still experimenting with camera settings and post-processing.

My current workflow:

  • Camera Settings: I use an APS-C Fujifilm X100V with the TCL-X100 II teleconverter lens (55mm full-frame equivalent). Because I prefer shooting handheld to grab close-up shots from different angles quickly, I don't use a tripod. I set my shutter speed to a minimum of 1/100s, ISO to 1000, and aperture to f/16 to ensure the entire kit remains sharp and in focus.
  • Post-Processing: I import the RAW files into Lightroom, use the white balance eyedropper tool on a neutral area, apply AI Denoise to clean up the high-ISO grain, and increase the sharpness. Next, I move to Photoshop to use Levels adjustments (which gives me finer control than Lightroom) to balance contrast and highlights. Finally, I head back to Lightroom for final touches, primarily using the Dehaze slider.

I am really struggling to keep the background color consistent across shots. Should I use a masking tool to isolate the background and max out the exposure to blow it out completely to pure white?

Any feedback, tips, or workflow improvements would be highly appreciated!

First time using light box, tips?

I just got the 20x20 Duclus light box and was wondering if anyone had any suggestions? I’m also new to posing and photos in general… these were shot from my iPhone.

MG Victory Two "Ver. Ka" - Complete!

Had a lot of fun with this kit, I practiced most of my disciplines: airbrushing, water slides, weathering.

My dosage is something like 1 MG for every 3 HGs. Off to the next build!

My custom "Lunagazer Artemis"

Hey mechaheads! Sharing once again one of my custom modded & painted kits and this time the base kit I used is the HGBF Lunagazer

Inspired by the Goddess of the hunt and the moon Artemis. I modded the AGE-FX beam rifle to closely resemble a crossbow and attached the nepeight backpack to improve the voiture lumiere. The backpack once fully deployed also resembles a full moon and the bits can act as remote support & attack funnel.

Really had fun brainstorming the "lore" behind my custom and goes to show that gunpla ia freedom

What do you think? How would you rate my kit (0/10)
