We have a very well behaved maid in place, she charges very rationally and we trust her with everything. She also cooks and cooks really well, we changed over 3 cooks but finally stuck with her, can make anything from avocado toast to chutneys to chinese food to italian, and does a damn good job at that too.
Stairs and Ground floor is cleaned everyday and washed over the weekends
Cons of Flat:
Extra expenditure: Maid: INR \~800, Rented Essentials (Fridge, RO, inverter) \~ INR 600 per person/month, Wifi \~ INR 150 per month
I also happen to have ample dishes and utensils, feel free to use them as well. Just some setup cost that you can take from the next tenant when you leave after a year or two or don't XD
Electricity (as per usage, separate meters for each room) \~ 1000 (per person at max)\[during winters, i.e. October to March) and around \~2500 (per person at max) \[honestly, depends on the usage in summers, if you leave AC on for hours and hours, it is bound to increase, hai na?
Total expected expenditure: \~ INR 17,500/- (including everything)
Trust me, its a very lovely flat. During winters, its a blessing. I legit spend an hour everyday in the balcony only. And, its not a clickbait. There is a wide road in front and all the sides are open, giving air a good flow and us, a good view without having to worry about anything.
The flat is so well ventilated and spaced out, it is not like those flats that have crammed space and you can't even stretch properly, LoL. All I want is hygienic flatmates that keep the common space clean and respect personal space.
I don't have any problem with bringing in families as well once in a while. I understand the value of family very well.
