Knowing how to fail can be as important as knowing how to lift.

Reta ruins your gym progress

I’m 18 year old male (black) I started taking peptides to improve my looks and I firstly took ghk-cu for better and smooth skin which worked out perfectly no side effects at all and I would definitely recommend

During the time I was always interested and wanted to try Reta. I’ve already had a nice lean physique before Reta or ghk I just wanted to take Reta to lean my face more so I started taking some at the start of this month. And it was a huge mistake Reta really ruined my gym progress when I started working out for the first time after I took Reta 20 minutes into my workout I suddenly felt so out of breath, sick, and tired so I decided to wrap up my gym workout 10 minutes later and brushed it off as me not going gym often.

The second time it happened again so I once again wrapped up my gym time earlier than expected was barley able to eat my meals which were fried rice with steak I suddenly felt full already despite not eating the whole day except for strawberries with bananas in the morning

Now the third time I suddenly felt a shift in my strength I’m able to do 35 chest press with dumbbells for crazy amount of reps and I was struggling to even lift my arms so I went back down onto 32.5 and I only was able to do two reps

I decided to move onto chest flies also and I was barely able to rep out 35 kg for it either. I suddenly felt really sick out of breath and it felt like I was gonna vomit. I could literally go on for days without eating food or drinking water and I wouldn’t feel hungry or thirsty

Reta is kinda a dangerous and maybe possibly even a unstable peptide used two Reta bottles with 50mg for 2mg inject I think I’m gonna stay off Reta forever and stick with ghk-cu for a while

Reta isn’t worth it
