4 years progress. Started out wanting to be able to run a 5k without stopping.
Slowly progressed the distances and ticking off milestones which helped develop my understanding of how to approach training.
Last couple years I got into lifting properly and became a lot more consistent with training and nutrition.
Nothing ground breaking. Just a lot of showing up, doing the basics and learning to trust the process
To anyone who hates leg day as much as I do... I feel like knocking it outa the way early in the week has made my week better. Lol
November 7th to June 7th. 7 months back in the gym.
Had to got the gym after work yesterday. Just felt too good not too. Did some light weight pump work. Was supposed to be a rest day but meh.
No pump but pretty good lighting, rate 1-10
what would you guys suggest here would you keep cutting or start adding some size again. 195, 5-11
