What does it mean when they say part of ur fees is scholarship and the other is paid through the stipend ? Does that mean The Whole thing is technically free? Or?? Someone please help clarify

I just wanted to ask if anyone from CHLS has received any update or reply regarding the scholarship yet?
I had my interview on January 28 and my application status is still under review. I noticed that some applicants from other programs recently received acceptances, so I’m wondering if anyone from this specific program has heard back yet.
anyone who’s given the test before, could you please share you insights on it for someone’s who’s giving it for the first time.
I’m mainly concerned about the content, is it like SAT math or AS Level math? From the email I just received there is not comprehensive list of the content being tested…
