I’ve never tried a lobster roll before. Can anyone recommend the best place in Halifax to try an authentic one?

The wait time is rough but staff are amazing, friendly and positive despite having 60+ people waiting. Ive been here since 7, (9.5 hours and counting). Only a few patients have been dicks and I think a huge part of that is the amazing staff. If any of you read this, you are super stars and thank you for helping me.
