How do I get my money back?

I (M22) have been using Hims medication and I have A LOT left of my medication. I just moved across the country and I’m strapped for cash because I just moved. I’m about the graduate college and I’m trying to start paying off my loans so I’m trying to pay off my credit card bill first so I payed off about $500 of it before I moved.

I went to log something in the Hims app yesterday and saw that they had charged me around $400 on my credit card and sent new medication which I do not need to my old apartment. I was given no notification that this would be happening other than personably when I signed up though I thought I remembered them saying I would receive my next medication in October or November.

I can’t find where I signed anything saying they could send me anything July 1st but it might exist somewhere, can I dispute the charge? Will that go through? Am I royally fucked? I’m trying to get them to refund me but their customer service team is being extremely slow and it’s really freaking me out.

Unsolicited Plea to HIMS Management : Unslop your website...for the shareholders

As a $HIMS shareholder who bought a while back when I saw the buzz, and vaguely recalled that it was indeed a company that was on the cutting edge of understanding digital health, I was extremely disappointed today when I checked the website.

HIMS management, if you can hear me, some free advice...

You are a multi-billion dollar DIGITAL health company. Your website looks like a site operated out of a garage that steals people's credit card info, or some loser trying to sell a subscription to his vibe-coded "dashboard" from his mom's basement.

Other notes:

- Zero attempt at any marketing or branding or pride in being a first mover.

- Your care team should have clickable, longer bios if you are going to have them at all. They currently look like the stock characters from the Onion quotes.

- Remove all AI generated art/fake photos of human beings from the site. It's really creepy and weird for a healthcare site. If none of them are AI, hire an actual graphic designer instead of Claude to fix the image saturation and editing.

I get that you are here to replace traditional PHP / Pharmacies, but want to pitch yourselves to consumers as having the ease of buying shampoo online. Consider though that, as you expand your customer base, things like trust, comfort, reputation, etc. may come in handy as motifs to convey.

Order not filling

I was wondering if anyone else has had an issue where their prescription is just not filling? I haven’t had any issues with them in the past, but my recent prescription has been stuck being filled for two weeks now. I am almost out of my meds as well, so I just wanted to see if this was a shared experience or not.

Hims & Hers not a good experience!

I signed up for what I believed was a $39 weight loss membership and completed the online questionnaire. After that, I never received anything from the company—no welcome email, no program information, no medication, no communication from a licensed provider, and no correspondence of any kind.

Despite receiving absolutely nothing, I was later charged $149 the following month. I never authorized or knowingly agreed to pay for medication or a treatment program that I never received and was never informed about.

In my case, I never spoke with or had any communication with a licensed medical provider. The only thing I knowingly signed up for was the $39 membership, and I didn't even receive any benefits or information related to that membership either.

When I contacted the company to dispute the $149 charge and request a refund, they refused. I found them extremely difficult to work with and unwilling to resolve the issue.

Please read everything very carefully before signing up with this company and monitor your credit card statements closely. This was my personal experience, and I would encourage others to do their research before enrolling.

20 and just started

Just wanted to know what I should expect, been doing research and wanna know peoples personal experience on it since I'm just starting. Also is it not a good idea to drink in large amounts while taking it, not talking like multiple times a week but for say like just a weekend out?
