Avoid Hims at all costs.

There are plenty of other ways to get what you need.

This company randomly cancelled my subscription and created a new account. Then, on the new account I created, they charged me for a subscription I’d already paid for on the original account and refused to cancel or refund anything.

They told me they didn’t receive my payment on the original subscription despite the fact that my product was delivered and I have a clear charge on my credit card.

I’m not usually one to post negative reviews, but wow their customer support was useless and it really got to me.

Hers - buyer beware!

BUYER BEWARE: I signed up for Hers after seeing medication advertised starting at $149/month. What I did not understand when I signed up was that the medication cost and the required membership fee are TWO separate charges.

The membership alone is $149/month. The medication is another $149/month. So what looked like a $149/month option is actually $298/month.

The brand name medication (not compounded like Hers sells) can be purchased at CVS, Walgreens, Walmart and other pharmacies for just $149 with a coupon from GoodRx.

As soon as I realized the true monthly cost, I tried to cancel, well before the medication was shipped. Hers refused to refund the membership fee or first months shipment of medication—even though I had just signed up and did not want to move forward at that price.

Yes, the information may be somewhere in the fine print. But when a product is advertised at “$149/month,” I believe consumers should be able to clearly understand what they will actually pay each month before handing over their credit card.

I’m sharing my experience because I wish I had seen a review like this before I signed up. Before purchasing through Hers, read every detail and make sure you understand the membership fee AND the medication cost.

Am I a good candidate for Hims 5 in 1?

What can I say expect? Can anyone with a thinner and receding hairline like mine show their results here?

NO way to cancel membership!

These images are from the website, but the app works the same.
When you follow the prompts to manage your subscription it tells you to select "Stop auto-renew on my medication or membership"
But

When you select manage subscription you only have options to "adjust my dosage" or "change my medication"
When you follow those links it's their usual questionnaires about your usage and side effects. There is no option to "Stop auto renew on my medication or membership"

Sounds like it's time to initiate another class-action lawsuit against Hims, eh?

How long have you been waiting for?

Can we get a thread going on wait times and see where everyone else is at?

Right now I'm looking at close to a week for Minox/fina orange chew. Not a big deal tbh.

I'm curious where the rest of you are at who also ordered this, but maybe let's get a mega thread going for everyone in all meds to compare where supply issues are roughly at and how long they have left. So if you're interested then state:

- Med

- Wait time

Did I Make A Mistake? Fin/Min

I ordered Fin/Min last week and there has been no updates since. Is this normal? I was expecting 2-3 days for processing and then shipping it out. I received an AI l-generated response from them:

Hi xxxx,

Thank you for reaching out and i totally fair question, wanting a clear sense of when your order will actually ship is important, especially so you can plan around it. Let's go over what I can share.

I want to be upfront with you: on our end, we don't have visibility into an exact ship date for this order right now, so I'm not able to give you a specific day it'll go out. I know that's not the precise answer you were hoping for.

What I can tell you is that once it does ship, delivery typically takes about 2-5 business days to arrive from that point.

You can view all tracking information on your orders page, which can be visible by using the link below.

If you have questions or need help with anything else, we're always happy to help!

Thank you,
Hims and Hers Support

HIMS question before signup

Hi
I went through the consultation on HIMS. I also added my comment in the consultation. However, at the end it is asking for payment.

How does this work? I don't want to pay for anything before my question is answered.

If I pay, and I don't like the answer I get, can I cancel for full refund?

Thanks

Just got lab results. I was prescribed Enclomiphene + Tadalafil despite test levels at 608ng/dl is that normal?

Hey reddit,

I recently completed the blood test for HIMS to determine if im a good candidate for testosterone treatment. I got my labs back today and despite being in a normal range of 608ng/dl, I got a message saying my treatment was approved i would get a prescription for enclomiphene + tadalafil + supplement blend.

Considering all of my other levels were in a normal range as well, is it normal for them to still go through with the prescription?

Im just wondering if its just a cash grab and I really need it or not.

Mostly looking for more energy, better sleep, faster recovery, etc.

Thank you for any insight

Hims charged me for 12 weeks of compounded semaglutide but only sent 9 weeks, am I missing something?

I’ve been going back and forth with Hims for months over what seems like pretty simple math, and I’m curious if anyone else has experienced this.

I was on a 12-week plan for $897. In 2026, Hims shipped my medication monthly, so I received three shipments per billing cycle.

The problem: every shipment contained one 2 mL vial, and every vial instructed me to inject 60 units once weekly. 100 units = 1 mL, so:

60 units = 0.6 mL per week
3 doses = 1.8 mL
4 doses = 2.4 mL

A 2 mL vial therefore only provides three complete doses at the prescribed amount.

I asked Hims about this when I first received it, and their Care Team told me in writing:

“At your prescribed dose of 60 units per week, each 2mL vial provides three full injections, which covers three weeks of your treatment.”

They also told me not to combine medication from different vials and to discard excess medication when switching vials.

This happened for two consecutive 12-week billing cycles:

Once getting the second charge I reached back out and they said they understood the discrepancy and they would have someone on the support team reach out to solve it (they never got back to me).

3 vials = 9 weeks
Paid for = 12 weeks

So across the two cycles, I paid $1,794 for 24 weeks and received enough medication for 18 complete weekly doses.

I was then charged for the third one and now when I reached out they went back on their word.

Hims is now telling me that each monthly shipment was a “one-month supply” and that there were no missing vials. When I ask them to explain mathematically how one 2 mL vial provides four 60-unit injections, I keep getting different explanations rather than an answer.
They’ve refunded the most recent charge that was never shipped, but refuse to honor the 6 weeks worth of medication that I was shorted.

Am I missing something here? Has anyone else on the Hims three-month plan received one 2 mL vial per monthly shipment while prescribed 60 units/week?

I have photos of every vial label and screenshots of Hims confirming the three-dose calculation.
