Hi everyone,

I would like to check if anyone else experienced similar health issues after eating at Babai Tiffins, HSR Layout.

On May 11th, my friend and I had both lunch and dinner there. For lunch, we had muddapappu avakaya rice, and for dinner, we had punugulu, upma, and ghee podi masala dosa. Early the next morning, we both started experiencing vomiting, motions, stomach pain, and severe weakness, which felt like food poisoning. My friend also had similar symptoms.

Although the vomiting and weakness reduced after a couple of days, it has now been around 10 days and we are still having motions, bloating, and stomach discomfort, which feels like a gut infection or lingering food poisoning.

I want to clarify that I am not posting this to criticize or backlash Babai Tiffins. I am actually a regular customer, and it has always been one of my preferred places to eat. I simply wanted to know if anyone else faced similar issues around the same time after eating there.

Hello peeps, looking for recommendations for good haircut places for men in HSR Layout. Not the way too expensive ones, but decent ones for regular visits! TIA

Hi guys, so I’ve been living near Sector 3 close to the Mac’D street since May last year.

My apartment is very nice, pretty spacious, non problematic, neighbours are very sweet and keep bringing me food all the time and it’s very close to the main road.

I pay 19k rent for a 1 BHK. And my rental agreement is about to expire.

The only issues I have rn is my apartment has ZERO sunlight. There’s buildings on all 4 sides, every window i look out of is another person’s bedroom. And no power back up and there’s been crazy power cuts in HSR the past few months but I can get a small UPS for my Wi-Fi.

But idts I’ll find another place in HSR sector 3 for 19k or below and i can’t afford to pay more than that because my workplace is near Indiranagar and I travel 5 days a week.

The reason i stay in HSR is because it’s very close to my sister’s house and I’ve barely made any friends in HSR so i keep crashing at hers when I’m lonely.

My owner will increase 800 this year if i renew it for another year.

Please advise if i should look for a new apartment or stick to the current one?

Any recommendations on good sandwich places near hsr layout? Something similar to alienkind or sandowich?

I recently shifted to HSR Layout from Sarjapur Road. Heard a lot of good things about the area, so I decided to move.

While exploring around, I don’t know why, but it feels like everyone has someone. Everyone seems committed or has some sort of companion, and it oddly makes me feel lonely sometimes.

Even after hearing people say nobody is really happy in relationships or that everyone has their own problems, there are moments when I genuinely wish someone was there for me too.

Maybe it sounds pathetic, but I’ve been feeling this way for a long time. Not sure what to do

Does anyone commute from HSR to Hebbal / near Manyata Tech Park for office? Looking to explore ride sharing options since it’s quite a long route.

Also open to suggestions on the best commute options, routes, timings or hacks to make this travel easier.

If anyone has any idea, please share.

An incident that happened today has left me slightly spooked.

Im a single woman, 37years. I live in HSR area on my own.

I was coming back from work in my car and a huge Mahindra truck scrathted my car badly from the side. It was on a road where there was already traffic jam, so i could run and catch the guy who did it. All of this was captured in my dash cam.

Turns out he was badly drunk. The people nearby made sure he stayed put. We called the cops.

While waiting for the cops this guy tried to confront me two or three times. He said im ruining his life by involving police.

Cops came, then traffic police came. Then i went to the traffic police station. They took our details. Did not file any complaint yet. They told me to come back today or tomorrow when the owner of the vehicle will be present. Meanwhile they have seized his vehicle. All this ordeal took about 2 hours in total.

Now my concern is, i live alone, i was wearing my uniform while this happened which has my name on it. Im afraid that this guy will hold a grude and find me. And cause me harm. My worst fear is being attacked like r**e or being acid attacked. How do i console myself that nothing like that will happen and i am safe.
