I wanna audition for the HxG soon and I just have no idea if I’m supposed to film horizontally or vertically or if it doesn’t matter at all. I would like to do the singing videos vertically and the dance horizontally. How did you do it?

So, I was reading this person’s Reddit post, and they said they auditioned before submitting the NDA because it wasn’t included in the original email from GEM Casting. Someone replied to them saying, “Oh, just email proof that you submitted the NDA.” I thought we were supposed to provide proof, so I replied to my audition email with proof that I had signed the NDA. I just realized that it didn’t matter, though.

My question is: Since HYBE uses an AI system to make sure that only people who followed the instructions correctly have their videos reviewed, did I potentially flag my audition by replying to my email with the NDA proof?

does anyone have any guesses on like the timeframe in which they get back to u? & after that what happens? like do they fly u out or smt?

I just had a question on if anyone had an idea of how auditions will work with hybe for the next couple years in terms of groups. I made a post back in november asking about when the next possible group would be and most people said probably not for the next couple years but it’s looking like hybe’s strategy rn is to just keep pushing out groups and auditions with no ends or is that just for rn it seems like? I’m asking because i am unable to audition for the current one right now for many reasons so i was curious to see if there would be more in the future. I’d appreciate any thoughts anyone might have!

edit: I also meant to ask do we think this is like dream academy where they posted an audition for katseye and then choose the girls to become trainnes, do we think there will be more auditions to come, if this is for the next gg do you think people who are kinda older rn like 19-22 are out of luck if we can’t audition for this current one rn?

When submitting dance videos to auditions, should we

1. Keep background music - the song is perfectly audible, there are a couple of city sounds (no way to record in a completely quiet place)

2. Put the song as an overlay to the video

Please let me know which one.

I was in the middle of filming it and I realized like the form itself never asks for your height and weight so I was wondering, do you guys think I should include that in the video?

Is it the same team that’s going through the gem submissions and the Hybe website submissions? I submitted my audition through Gem casting a few weeks ago, so I was curious about who’s actually going through the Hybe submissions

if they are looking for another member for STS what do u guys think they’d be looking for visually? personally i dont think theyll go for someone who looks or has the same features as lexie (short, dark hair & eyes & angelic features) since it wld read to much as a replacement

Anything that you imagine the group would be like say it and the concept you would like them to go with especially for their debut album.

i know this has already been asked, but do you guys think it’d be possible to audition through both gem casting and the hxg website? also, what if you already submitted through gem casting?

im asking cause i feel that doing it through hxg is better, but idk

Most people keep saying this is only for a new SS member, if that was the case they would just pick from the plethora of trainees they already have. Even if this is for a new SS member, it could also be to find more HYBE x geffen trainees as well. It wouldn’t make sense to have this whole audition for 1-2 girl(s). So maybe they’ll pick a girl from this audition to be in SS and the other girls to be on dream academy 2?

I wanna audition for HxG. But I’m not sure where exactly to apply and where is better. Gem or straight on the Hybe’s website?
Whats your experience and did they even reached back to you? Because the deadline is soon and i need to hurry.
