I'm 17M, and I can't seem to find a good clarifying shampoo. I have very straight hair that gets oily in a day. I am already using conaz for dandruff, which works well for it but not for the oil. I saw reccs of L'Oréal SA + HA shampoo, but it's not a clarifying shampoo. Please recommend good ones and tips on how to control excessive oily scalp.
Hi everyone, I’m looking for some guidance regarding starting Minoxidil.To give you some background: My hair journey has been rough since last year. Starting around March/April 2025, ibegan experiencing extreme shedding losing 600–700 hairs daily. It was overwhelming..my pillow, bed, and floor were constantly covered in hair.
Then, in December 2025, i contracted typhoid. Following that infection, I went through another significant phase of shedding in January and February 2026. While I thankfully haven't gone bald, my hair density has noticeably decreased, and my hair feels dead , lacks shine, and is completely straight now...
SHEDDING: Thankfully, the shedding has stopped. My dermatologist confirmed that the post typhoid shedding phase has finally passed.
PSORIASIS: I had extreme scalp psoriasis, but after seeing a dermatologist in January and using the prescribed pomades/lotions, it is finally under control Alhamdulilah.
I am planning to consult my dermatologist again soon to discuss the next steps, but I wanted to gather some community insight first. I’m considering starting Minoxidil to help regain density and hair health.

i box black dyed my hair a couple months ago and as good as it looked, it became a pain in the ass for me because im used to dying my hair different colors alot. i recently did this pink peekaboo after bleaching my head like 6 times and fried tf out of my hair, the upper part is still black and i havent dyed it from like 2 months. however, i need to get rid of the black and go back to red and i DONT want to bleach my hair. ive tried a bleach bath w 20 vol developer but it rarely lifted any color. can anyone recommended me a hair dye which shows up good on black dyed hair?

22F need recommendations. I use alma/ritha/shikakai oil (sometimes jasmine oil) once a week. shampoo + conditioner around 2 times a week or as needed.
my hair is dry and frizzy from the nape of my neck. it’s overall healthy and the curls sit pretty well but I’ve never used any other products other than what I’ve mentioned above. I also need advice on how to get my thickness back. I used to have really thick hair when I was young and I shaved my head a few times when I was a teen. it never grew back the same.
my hair growth was pretty stagnant in 2020/2021 but now it grows pretty fast and I need to cut it every 2 months else it gets difficult to manage.
