Halo MCC Steam Summer Sale

Why isn't the price dropped on master chief collection? They are using halo 2 chief on the flyer and it is even listed as being one of the games on sale when you scroll through but its the only one in there without a pricing adjustment.

Do you think it is a pricing error?
