Maybe not the best place to post this, but you all are my fav. I went to Twin Cities pride last weekend and there was a booth selling 4-ho-met, 5-apb, etc gummies (correctly labeled as 4-ho-met, etc.) They were insanely overpriced but I thought it was cool (and bad). What is the legality of this?

I wish I wrote down the company name or took a picture because I can't remember. The gummies were correctly labeled with the compound, not listed as "mushroom gummies" or something. I'm curious, what kind of lawyers do these companies need in order to have a booth at a major pride event? What is the legality?

Part of me also kinda hates to see this. These awesome RCs are gonna become illegal if they're this mainstream. And they were so insanely overpriced, it makes me question the morals of the company selling them.

I wish we could have nice things, but the government ruins it. Look at MGM and 7OH. Part of me feels 4-aco-dmt, 4-ho-met, etc are going to become illegal soon.... What do you all think of this?

Psilomethoxin comparison with other psychoactives

This molecule has been discussed by Shulgin (see here) and some people have reported their experiments with adding 5-MeO-DMT to mushroom growth medium. I thought I'd share a psilomethoxin SAR comparison with similar drugs.

The owner of Botanic Tonics, maker of Feel Free kratom extract, donated over $1 million to RFK Jr's MAHA Pac to ban 7-Hydroxymitragynine (7-OH-MIT)

Botanic Tonic’s owner, Jerry W. Ross, initially lobbied to ban 7oh and later MGM-15. As a result, attention shifted to SR-17018 and several other substances – all driven by their Feel Free kratom extracts losing profits. To bolster his position, Ross cozied up to RFK Jr. and donated over $1 million to MAHA.

The head of the DHS, Markwayne Mullin, also has a $1 million investment in Botanic Tonics, which I'm sure has zero connection to any of this. He has publicly endorsed federal restrictions on kratom competitors and urged health department officials to remove FDA risk warnings on Feel Free bottles. The whole thing just stinks. Corrupt to the core.

It’s also worth noting that "Jerry W. Ross" isn't actually his real name. He's a convicted criminal who served over three years in federal prison for falsifying financial reports totaling up to $10 million while serving as CEO of his 130,000 acre oilfield production company. He later turned state's witness against his CFO, who was ultimately sentenced to 17 years.

His claim for why he was given a new identity and placed in witness protection after his prison stint is that, while in a holding cell, he supposedly uncovered a plot by the leader of a violent extremist prison gang to harm a federal judge. He claims that, with his help, the plot was foiled, and the leader brought to justice, allegedly saving the judge’s life. As a result, just like that, he was released for time served. He was then given a new identity and his case sealed.

Hamilton, if there's ever a story to pick apart, it's this. We need you on this one.

Missing Video "The Psychedelic Supply Chain (A 40 minute talk)"

In 2022 Hamilton posted a video of his presentation at the Horizons Conference titled
"The Psychedelic Supply Chain (A 40 minute talk)".

Unfortunately, it has been taken down and seems to be completely scrubbed from the web. I have searched hours for a copy, but without any luck.

Does anyone still have it downloaded or know where to watch it again?
I would be an eternally grateful tryptamine-producing sea-sponge.

Originally it was available on Patreon (hosted on Vimeo) at the following link: The Psychedelic Supply Chain (A 40 minute talk) | Patreon.
And it was also available on YouTube for a while: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=sQ-SZLxAWtM
