Just wanted to share

Looking for a bit more information on a watch I bought someone as a gift. Got this 9721b Khaki Automatic from Japan. Called out that it comes with box and papers, but when looking closer at the card date of sale shows as (what I read as) 2017. Which is strange being that I thought these watches were only produced in the 90’s?

Didn’t have a chance to snap a picture of the back of the watch but it is notated on exhibition case back with a “9271b”. Not too concerned with watch, just looking to see from you all if card seems to line up or is some other random watches card?

Thanks in advance for any info/educating you can provide.

Fiancée got me the KFA 38 mm as an engagement gift. Love the green and excited to wear this as my daily watch. Curious about other color straps would go well with the green?!

Trialing more straps

So I bought a kfa38mm yesterday. It keeps perfect time as you can see. But the brush markings on the first link bothered me a bit. Should I send it back, should I keep it or should I give it to a watchmaker and have it fixed?

Oh BTW, the new versions have 3 micro adjustment holes instead of 2. That's awesome.

I’m getting a khaki field automatic to celebrate the birth of my first child and wanted some opinions on which one would look better with the leather strap and the black nato strap when switching them out. I’m leaning more towards the first

I am completely new to watches (don't even own any yet) and have been looking at watches for about two weeks now. I like the real simple, old looking, leather strap, date watches. I especially like the Champagne face watches with a silver case and darker brown strap. I want to get a decent first watch that could maybe turn into my "only watch" (im sure that wont happen tho lol). I have stumbled across this watch and this is it! this is my favorite by far of the ones i have been looking at. I have looked at some citizens, orient ( i like these alot), bulova, hamilton, mido, tissot, sieko, etc.

what do you guys think? any other recommendations if this one is not available anymore. TIA!

Birthday gift from my wife. Loving it so far.

This watch comes with MP3 Player . The music plays in my head whenever I look at it. Indeed very beautiful but do not scream for attention . It’s for the owner to truly enjoy it
