Happy Hump Day, HBWs!!!

Happy Hump Day, HBWs!!!

I’m in love with life and have been for over a decade
🥹🤗❤️

Married to the love of my life, have an amazing career that allows me to work when I want, and I want for nothing. In this pic we’re heading to a random weeknight concert just cuz. This weekend we’re flying to a Mexican resort to stick our feet in the Gulf.

I’ve never had any form of social media (Facebook, ig, YT, TikTok, snap, etc) but I think I want to change that this year. Sometimes I sit and say ‘wow, I’m so lucky!’ - now I’ll try to snap a pic and share.

Cheers to an old dog learning new tricks!!

What’s brought you joy this week?

What's one thing about your culture/upbringing you're most proud of?

I didn't grow up in the most functional family, but there are lessons that I'm proud of, like the importance of showing up for each other and finding ways around obstacles. And Caribbean hospitality has taught me a lot about being a good guest in someone's home. What's something from your culture or upbringing that you're proud of?

What's something you learned/unlearned in your 20s/30s that made life better?

I'm in a phase right now where beliefs that used to help me, even small things like what I "can" wear, actually don't help me anymore, so I'm having to learn new ones. What's something you learned or unlearned that made your life better?
