We bought our tickets a little while ago we have three day VIP hotel packages and the only email we have from them is the confirmation of our purchase we have nothing else. This is the first time this festival is happening so obviously there’s no prior year information to go off of so what has everybody received so far.

I thought we were supposed to get an email confirming our address and we didn’t so we chatted them and emailed them because we had moved and even though we purchased it in our new address we still called to confirm that the old address didn’t get inputted at all and wasn’t messing anything up. They confirmed that they have our new address and that nothing is shipping yet but I don’t know I wasn’t convinced.

I saw somewhere that we’re getting wristbands now instead of digital tickets when I sign into my axs app account with my email nothing is there about head trip but I’m able to see it when I go through my email links??

Spending nearly four grand on a vacation and getting no information about it is making me a little bit anxious🫣

Does anyone know where else I can sell these tickets? I’m not talking abt Stubhub or one of those. Is there anywhere I can do Paypal goods and services so I don’t have to loose money due to fees.

Recently bought from CrowdVolt and curious to know their buy/sell process. Do sellers have to cancel shipping so that buyers can pick up at will call, or will Head Trip deactivate seller’s wristbands?

Booked a fully refundable room here where payment wasn’t required until the stay. They are trying to charge me for the full stay now or are saying they’ll cancel my reservation. I booked 3 months ago but their staff is saying payment is due in full all of a sudden?? Feels like a trick to get me to cancel so they can rebook the room for higher. The pricing I got was pretty decent so I don’t want to lose my room. I can’t reach a real person to speak to but they are texting me??? It feels like AI responses. Anyone having a similar experience or has stayed at this hotel and can vouch? Feeling very sketched out but all other hotels cost SO much more. I booked this knowing it was a minimal staff hotel but I wasn’t expecting to have issues and not be able to speak to a human being at all ever.

Hello! I purchased a ticket (2-Day GA W/ Shuttle) through AXS and the layover plan is fully paid, however, I can no longer attend it as of this time and I need to sell. I have the app but clicking the sell button doesn't do anything, is there something else I'm supposed to do? Or you can't resell the ticket at all?

I am looking at purchasing a platinum package but am put off of the cost of the hotel package. Anyone have insight into the pricing for guest passes? For example Coachella guest passes are $3.5k through the safari option. If the guest passes cost the same that's 2k a night for the hotel package.

What’s up going solo looking for a group for head trip

Trying to figure out if I should buy a parking pass or a shuttle pass! My priority is not wanting to sit in traffic if there’s a faster way/dedicated road for only shuttles. Or are shuttles+cars+ubers all going to be on the same road to get in/out?
