Is Rick Ross's new album rollout the worst example of fan apathy in recent hip-hop history? 🙄📉
Most music industry rollout advice is a total lie that pretends established legacy artists will automatically generate fan interest when they drop.
The studio completely lost it after realizing Rick Ross’s new album "Set In Stone" has been out for over two weeks without anyone creating a basic Wikipedia entry for it. They brought up how wild it is for a guy who dropped iconic projects like "Port of Miami" and "Teflon Don" to have a release so quiet that even hip-hop archivists ignored it. Meanwhile, Drake is out singing R&B with Jagged Edge at Nocta shows and enjoying life. When the internet doesn't even care enough to make a wiki page, the rollout is completely cooked.
Did anyone here actually listen to "Set In Stone," or did it completely fly under your radar too?
