Minor nitpick/ rant here.

In season three the song c'est la vie the lyrics go love is not a choice. Which I love because it really hammers in the point that we're born this way. As someone who's closeted it's really empowering.

However in heartstopper forever one of the soundtracks name is called love is a choice. I understand what they are trying to say. But like as per the topic I think they should have phrased it more as falling in love is not a choice staying in love is. Especially since there are people around me who think that queer people spread "gay propaganda".

I don't know if I'm being clear enough here? Maybe I'm obsessing too much over the choice of wording. Is it disempowering? Thoughts?
