For over a decade I have sensed and expected oncoming solar flares. Yesterday (Monday June 29) I had the worst headache for a few hours. (I actually took Ibuprofen, which I never do.) Today starts with an M1 then M6 and X1 in the last few hours.
My main point being that it seems some mechanics is affecting us BEFORE the flares.

Solar wind over 500 kilometers per second causes increased agitation of the nervous system through a poorly-understood mechanism. We’re currently around 679kps, a firehose of energy, blasting Earth’s magnetosphere. Like clockwork, the ringing increases in tandem with the (yellow) climbing solar wind speed on NOAA chart. The wind won’t last much longer, caused by a massive coronal hole across the sun’s face this week.
